You set your schedule.  We don't require mandatory office hours, quotas that must be met, phone or floor duty. You decide how best to build your business. We'll provide you with the support you need to be successful.

You decide the commission rate you charge. You have the flexibility to negotiate commission rates with sellers. If you want to offer cash back to buyers, we can show you how to do so. 

Our fees and commission splits are simple:

$150 per month- 

$500 per Transaction-

What are you getting for those incredibly low and affordable fees? We take care of covering the office, covering the phones, scheduling showings,  requesting feedback, reviewing your contracts and settlement statements, trust accounting and the disbursement of funds, and lots of other tasks that keep you from doing what you do best... helping buyers and sellers. These fees also include your error and omission insurance, single sheet creation, in home presentation booklet creation, a personal website complete with an IDX solution, yard signs, directional signs, open house signs and flyer boxes.

We offer training and cooperative advertising in the area publications. You will receive the direct support of a designated broker to answer all your questions and move your transactions towards closing.
