1. Consult with a Residence Real Estate Company Broker.

2. If you haven't already spoken to a lender, now is the appropriate time. We can suggest area lenders if you don't already have one picked out. They can pre-qualify you, begin the application process, and give you a general idea on how much you can afford to spend on a home.

3. Sit down and put together a list of features that you would like to have in your new home and features you must have in your new home. This will be the guide that your broker will use to find homes of interest for you to review.

4. With some basic guidelines on the type of home you are looking for, we can set you up on Listingbook. The Listingbook service allows you access to the entire MLS to search for homes. It also allows you to select favorites, reject properties you don't like, leave notes about properties for your Broker and to send messages to your Broker.  Your Broker will also search for homes that meet your criteria and send them to you for your approval.

 
5. See a couple homes you are interested in visiting? Your Broker will schedule the appointments with the listing company and take you to visit any properties in which you have an interest. They will explore the home with you, pointing out any visible features and flaws.

6. Found the one home that's perfect for you? We help you write up an offer and submit it to the listing company. Your Broker will handle every aspect of the negotiation process on your behalf and under your instructions.

7. We have a Contract! Your Residence Real Estate Company Broker will track the progress of your loan, communicating with your loan officer to ensure all contract details and/or contingencies are met on time.

 
8. Your Residence Real Estate Company Broker will schedule and attend any inspections with you and discuss results.

9. Your Residence Real Estate Company Broker will work with you and the closing attorney you select to determine the time and place of your closing. You will also receive information regarding any money due at signing. Your Residence Real Estate Company Broker will attend your closing to assist with any last minute concerns.

10. Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Our commitment to service doesn't end at the closing table. If you have any questions or concerns after closing, we are always here to help.
